Separate sealed bids are requested for: 1) Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning Work, and 2) Electrical Work, for the HVAC Systems Upgrade Project at the Rush-Henrietta Central School District. The work involves repair, maintenance, and other public work contracts subject to New York State’s public bidding and prevailing wage rate laws. Plans and specifications are available for inspection and purchase from the designated web portal, and all official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be provided through this portal. A pre-bid meeting and walkthrough is scheduled at the project site. Bidders may visit the site by notifying the District's Director of Facilities. Requests for information about the contract documents must be made in writing; responses will not be provided over the telephone. A Bid Bond or Certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor under labor law section 220-i, and a valid Certificate of Registration must be enclosed with the bid. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
