Proposals are requested for work related to the Seneca Park Zoo Tropical Exhibit & Main Entry Plaza Phase 2 under General Construction. The scopes of work include: final and progress cleaning, survey, temporary facilities, select demolition, concrete (materials, accessories, installation), masonry (materials, accessories, installation), structural steel fabrication and erection, miscellaneous metals, animal caging and netting, rough carpentry labor or materials, finish carpentry labor or materials, glue laminated construction, waterproofing, air/vapor barriers, fire stopping, doors/frames/hardware (labor or materials), overhead/coiling doors, glass/storefronts/curtainwall, drywall and acoustical, tile, flooring, painting, Division 10 specialties, window treatments, projection screens, elevators, and chains and hoists.
