The Department of Parks and Recreation seeks a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and travel expenses necessary to make landscape improvements including expansion of the existing walkway, an ADA-accessible loop trail, gathering areas, installation of plant materials, and modification of existing irrigation systems, surrounding the existing Pioneer Monument site at Donner Memorial State Park in Nevada County, California, complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications, and any addenda issued prior to the bid opening date. A or C-27 license required. Job showing is mandatory, and only bids from contractors who attended the job showing and appear on the sign-in sheet will be evaluated.
