The project includes replacement of approximately 980 feet of 1-inch water service from the existing water main through private property to inside 20 residences along Middle Street, including pavement removal, grass restoration, traffic control and all related work. Prospective bidders may request the bidding documents from the issuing office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the instructions to bidders that are included in the bidding documents. The City of Three Rivers reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Three Rivers. Question Deadline 07/16/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Award is subject to final approval.
