Renovation of an educational facility in Three Rivers, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Qualified Firms are invited to submit an offer under seal for construction of a facility located at Three Rivers High School, Three Rivers, Michigan for the project "Three Rivers HS Media Center & Chiller Improvements". All bidders are required to furnish Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Base Bid, with the security being a bid bond, certified or cashiers' check made payable to Three Rivers Community Schools, as a guarantee that the bidder selected will furnish the required PLM Bonds; failure to do so could mean forfeiture of the Bid Security. Bidders are to refer to Document 00 21 13-Instructions to Bidders and Document 00 31 00 Available Project Information for other bidding requirements. Offers must be submitted on the Bid Form provided, and may be supplemented as appropriate. Applicable Michigan use and sales tax applies. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
