Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Three Rivers, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The work for which bids are being requested consists of the following: demolition of the existing bathroom building, concrete foundation, installment of new bath house, machine grading, concrete sidewalk, multiple exercise areas, site furnishings, landscape plantings, ADA pavement markings, and site restoration A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to the OWNER or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. Bond forms are included in the Contract Documents. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The use of local contractors and labor is encouraged. .
