Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bartlett, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Construction of four 9'x12' 2-column gable shade structures, including site preparation, fence removal and installation, erosion control, grading, concrete pads and access routes, turf seeding, and site restoration. The work to be done for this project, shown on the drawings entitled "Off-Leash Dog Area Shade Structures," prepared by the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County dated June 12, 2026, consists of the construction of four 9'x12' 2-column gable shade structures, two at Hawk Hollow Forest Preserve, and two at Oldfield Oaks Forest Preserve. This will include site preparation, removal and salvage of 241 LF of woven wire fence, installation of 829 LF of woven wire fence, erosion control measures, grading, 3,585 SF of 5" concrete pads and accessroutes to the shelters, 128 LF of 4' chain link fencing, 0.7 acres of turf seeding, and site restoration.
