The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required in the specifications and contract documents. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a cashier's or certified check, or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price payable to the City of Pomona as a guarantee that the bidder, if accepted, will promptly execute the contract, secure workman's compensation insurance, and furnish all required bonds.
