Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in North Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work: Repair or replace 13,000 linear feet of sidewalk. Replace 3 crosswalks with stamped concrete. Perform curb repair. Repair or replace ADA compliant steel plates. Experience with permeable pavers is required. Instructions to Bidders: Bids will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 2000 Smith Street, North Providence, Rhode Island, until 10:45 a.m. SHARP on Wednesday July 15, 2026. No bids will be accepted after 10:45 a.m. The bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. that day in the North Providence Town Hall Assembly Room (Ground Level). A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday June 16, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the corner of Mineral Spring Avenue & Charles Street near the Walgreens. The Purchasing Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept the bid deemed the lowest evaluated and most favorable to the interest of the Town.
