Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the resurfacing project in Franklin Township, Portage County. The work includes road repair and resurfacing on Thorndale Drive (0.09 miles from Kimberly Drive to Basswood Drive), Basswood Drive (0.16 miles from Thorndale Drive to dead end), Westview Road (0.13 miles from Diagonal Road to Overlook Drive), and Woodway Road (0.26 miles from Overlook Drive to Diagonal Road), with approximately 3% partial and 2% full depth repairs on each. An alternate scope covers Myrna Avenue (0.23 miles from Sylvan Drive to Greenwood Avenue), similarly including 3% partial and 2% full depth repairs. Specifications and bidding forms are available for purchase and are required for proposal submission. Each bidder must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond per state law, submit evidence of experience with similar projects, and comply with equal employment opportunity requirements, prevailing wage rates, and use of Ohio products and labor where practicable. The project must be completed by the specified date. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Award is subject to final approval.
