The estimated total length of planing and resurfacing is roughly 8,630 feet. The estimated total length of the chip and seal is roughly 17,600 feet. The engineer's estimate of probable costs for this work is approximately $1,720,000. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Question Deadline 08/21/2026 No interpretation of the meaning of Plans , Specifications or other pre-Bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be FAXED to 1-330-673-1893, addressed to the City Engineer, Service Administration Complex at 930 Overholt Road, Kent, Ohio 44240 and to be given consideration must be received at least (3) three days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
