Site work for a water / sewer project in Marietta, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will not be awarded due to over budget and they plan to rebid in the future. Project involves the installation of 9,230 LF of 6" water main, 18 Hydrants, 10 shutoff valves and 53 service lines to provide drinking water to homes that have private wells that are contaminated with PFAS. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Bidder is also required to submit a Performance and Payment Bond.
