The development will include a three-story elevator-served center-corridor apartment building and a three-story garden walk-up building offering one- and two-bedroom units for households earning 30% to 80% of AMI. The project is being developed by Spire Development, Inc., with Red Architecture serving as architect, RLJ Management Co., Inc. as property manager, and Buckeye Community Hope Foundation providing supportive services through the 2026 Ohio Housing Finance Agency 9% LIHTC program.
