Renovation of a mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; industrial development; and office development.

CapMetro will be issuing a solicitation package complete with the purchase description, contract terms, and instructions for IFB 815683 Roof Replacements -2910. CapMetro requests proposals to operate three (3) Buildings located at 2910 E. 5th Street, Austin, Texas. The three buildings include an Administration Building, Fleet Maintenance Building, & Fuel & Wash Building. The roofs of each of these buildings have reached the end of their life cycle and will need to be replaced to stop the water leaks. The goal is to remove the existing layer of PVC Single Ply membrane and existing layer of 3/8" Fanfold recover board, exposing the original BUR: Granular-Surfaced roof assembly. Overlay of the existing original BUR: Granular-Surfaced roof assembly, via mechanical attachment of a 3/8" Fanfold recover board and mechanical attachment of a 50 MIL PVC single ply membrane.
