Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 7,465-square-foot industrial development; and 2,000-square-foot office development.

This requirement is for painting interior surfaces and upgrading lighting in office space and two vehicle workshops. Preparatory work includes repairing walls, sanding, and priming. Approximately 2,000 square feet of office space and 5,500 square feet of production areas will be painted. The contractor will not be responsible for moving furniture or equipment but must ensure it is protected. The contractor is also responsible for replacing all interior incandescent light bulbs with LED bulbs.
