Interior renovation of a 2,997 square foot facility to address deficiencies and upgrade finishes, fixtures, and systems. Work includes correcting wall deficiencies and repainting approximately 5,078 square feet; furnishing and installing mirrors on walls totaling approximately 2,214 square feet; preparing, sealing, and leveling existing concrete flooring, raising floor drains flush with the finished surface, and installing athletic mats covering approximately 2,592 square feet. Electrical improvements include replacing 33 existing fluorescent light fixtures with LED fixtures and replacing 10 ceiling fans with units that include LED lighting. Exterior work includes installation of a one-way backflow prevention valve on the drain. All tasks are to be completed to produce a functional, improved interior space in accordance with the requirements described.
