Renovation of a transportation facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Proposals are invited for the Airside Concourse Renovations Phase 2, Center Core at Pittsburgh International Airport, under the Allegheny County Airport Authority. The project consists of general, electrical, and mechanical/fire protection work. Proposals must be submitted via Submittable using the Authority's forms, and in accordance with the provided plans and specifications. There are Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goals, and DBE firms must be certified with the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program prior to award. A non-refundable fee is required for bid documents. Bidders are required to pay not less than the minimum salaries and wages as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informalities. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
