Renovation of a civil project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work forincludes the installation of two individual grinder pump stations and appurtenances thereto including but not limited to exterior control panel and interior electrical supply from existing commercial power supply/breaker box to exterior grinder pump control panel as necessary for complete operational sewer system, 1.5-inch low-pressure force main, reconnection of existing gravityservice lateral between the structures to be served and proposed grinder pump, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Forest Hills to guarantee the bidders entrance into the contract if given the award. The Borough of Forest Hills reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
