Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Lithonia, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
Under the terms of the resulting contract, the selected contractor will provide services for the GDOT Project identified. The anticipated scope of work for the project/contract is included in Exhibit I. Compliance with all pertinent regulations (State/Federal/Local/Industry) is required. It is the responsibility of the respondent to obtain knowledge of rules and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work identified herein. The Georgia Department of Transportation has adopted a 15% overall annual goal for DBE participation on all projects.
