Renovation of an educational facility in Newark, Delaware. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 19,000-square-foot educational facility.
The University of Delaware is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for architectural and engineering design services for the renovation of an existing building on its Main campus in Newark, DE, to create health science instructional spaces. The renovation will include a 6,000-sf anatomy lab, a 7,000-sf simulation lab, computer labs, classrooms, locker rooms, meeting and support spaces for students and faculty, and lounge spaces. Interested bidders are instructed to send an email to proposals@udel.edu to request a copy of the RFP package. Question Deadline 06/23/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Questions must be received at proposals@udel.edu. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
