HVAC renewal project for the Johnson County Administration building. This bid includes the following Work: Renewal of the Air Handler Unit (AHU), Chillers, Boiler, and Pumps at the Johnson County Administration Building, including all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and all other items necessary to fully complete the Work. Question Deadline 07/02/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via electronically, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Public Building Commission of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening. Award is subject to final approval.
