Question Cut Off Date 7/1/2026 12:00:00 PM (CT) Unified School District #233 intends to secure a Construction Manager to assist with design and construction efforts for upcoming projects including, but not limited to, projects defined by the Bond 2026 Bond Referendum. It is the intent of USD #233 to secure multiple teams for these efforts based on the packages indicated below (subject to change): Package A - Meadow Lane Elementary School - $26,000,000 (Hard Construction Cost) _ Demolition of existing Meadow Lane Elementary School and construction of new elementary school on adjacent site. Preconstruction design efforts are anticipated to begin in June 2026 with construction completing for district occupancy in May 2028. Package B - Northview Elementary School & Central Elementary School - $54,400,000 (Hard Construction Cost) . _ Demolition of existing Central Elementary School and construction of new elementary school on existing site. Demolition of existing Northview Elementary School and construction of new elementary school on existing site.
