Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Norton Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a 4,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
Provide and install outlets in two bathrooms and a maintenance closet. Provide and install exhaust fan power in the two bathrooms. Provide and install outlets along the walls throughout the facility. Provide and install ceiling fans throughout the whole facility. Provide and install LED shop lights in the ceiling throughout the facility that are zoned by area. Provide and install electrical for three exit signs. Provide and install electrical for three garage doors. Provide and install electrical for AV equipment. Provide and install conduit and wire to existing outdoor lighting. Provide power to HVAC equipment. Provide power to existing electrical components in an attached building. All work must be completed by a licensed electrician, and all permits must be pulled by the vendor. Cost of permits will be covered by the City. New 200-amp electrical panel already installed and powered. Bids must be submitted in the form of an invoice or official estimate, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for Training Center Electrical.” The City of Norton Shores reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Submission of a bid does not guarantee the award of the project.
