Site work for a water / sewer project in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the full and complete installation of facilities as shown in the plans and described in the construction specifications. This includes the following: Schedule A - General Items: Mobilization, temporary traffic control measures per Contract Documents and City of Renton and MUTCD standards, and apprenticeship utilization requirements. Schedule B - Sewer Items: Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation of approximately 13,185 linear feet of 6", 8", 10", and 15" sanitary sewer pipe; trimming 9 intruding laterals; reinstatement of 200 side-sewer laterals; deep cleaning of one lateral with installation of a short-range lateral seal (1-2 ft); point repairs as necessary; and CIPP performance testing and analysis (13 tests). Schedule C - Storm Items: CIPP Rehabilitation of approximately 4,149 linear feet of 12", 15", and 24" diameter storm pipe; reinstatement of 28 storm-sewer laterals; trimming 22 intruding laterals; point repairs as necessary; and CIPP performance testing (4 tests).
