Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
This project generally consists of concrete roadway and pedestrian infrastructure rehabilitation, including excavation, asphalt patching, concrete pavement replacement, curb and gutter reconstruction, sidewalk improvements, drive approach replacements, and drainage structure upgrades. The work also includes utility adjustments, inlet replacement, erosion and stormwater control measures, and restoration of disturbed landscaping and irrigation systems. Additional improvements include installation of ADA-compliant detectable warning plates, replacement of signage, and application of thermoplastic crosswalk and stop bar pavement markings to enhance pedestrian accessibility and traffic safety.
