Description

Renovation of a military facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Remove the existing roof membrane and install a new Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roofing system on Building 37. The work includes replacement of parapet caps and metal flashing throughout all roof areas within the project scope. New parapet caps and flashing shall match the existing conditions and be installed as part of the complete roof replacement system. All labor, materials, equipment, and related services necessary to provide a fully functional and watertight roofing system shall be furnished by the contractor.
