Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.

Question Deadline 07/29/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered . The Board of Public Utilities is seeking bids for services to remove and replace the asphalt shingled roofing at two Operations and Maintenance locations; Location 1 - Operations and Maintenance offices at 2406 Snyder Ave. Cheyenne WY 82001 Location 2 - O&M Pointe Pump and Lift Station at 6500 Powderhouse Rd. Cheyenne WY 82009 Services shall include: All work as normally required to replace existing hail damaged 3-tab asphalt shingles on two separate structures including, mobilization, site preparation, deck inspection/repair, underlayment and flashing install, shingle installation and cleanup. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
