The City of Sonoma is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive condition assessment of the City’s storm drain infrastructure. The project involves identifying and prioritizing capital improvement needs within the municipal storm drain system and supporting long-term asset management planning. Work includes reviewing existing records, developing and implementing a field inspection plan, collecting infrastructure condition data, and preparing a final technical report with recommendations for maintenance, rehabilitation, replacement priorities, and future investigation needs. Project deliverables will include GIS-compatible infrastructure data, video and photographic documentation, and support for presenting findings to City staff and the City Council. Interested firms must adhere to submission and question deadlines, and can download submission requirements from the City’s website. A document responding to all submitted questions will be provided no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 6, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
