Site work for a water / sewer project in Thomasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes removal of existing curb and gutter, stormwater main, and stormwater inlets. Installation of curb and gutter, 24" stormwater main, inlets, asphalt replacement and performing other necessary and appurtenant work to complete the stormwater improvements as otherwise described, enumerated and shown in these specifications and referenced plans. Separate Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract will be required. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than ten (10) percent of the Bid, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will within ten (10) days after written notice having been given of such award, enter into a written contract with the City of Thomasville, Georgia, in accordance with the accepted proposal.
