NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Orange County, Florida is accepting sealed bids for Holden Ave Sidewalk Design (Y26-747). Sealed offers for furnishing the above will be accepted up to 4:00 pm EST on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. Hand-delivered, mailed, telephone, faxed, or emailed offers are not permitted and will be rejected if received after the deadline or transmitted outside the designated platform. Question Deadline 06/29/2026 at 5:00 PM ET The question and answer module of OpenGov IS being utilized for this solicitation. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. This Project involves the replacement of existing 12-inch CI wastewater force main and other associated work along Holden Avenue as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Work consists of furnishing all coordination, labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the new force main including connections to existing utility systems, removal and/or abandon-in-place (grout-fill) existing force mains and other associated work as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. B. This Project generally includes, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Furnish and install 12-inch diameter HDPE force main by directional drill as described in the Drawings. 2. Excavation, backfill, and compaction for underground utilities. 3. Restrain existing force main systems and perform connections to the existing system by wet tapping and line stopping. 4. Flushing and testing of installed force main. 5. Abandonment and/or removal of sections of the existing 12-inch CI force main. 6. Flushing of the existing 12-inch force main. 7. Adjust existing valve box. 8. Remove and replace air release valves. 9. Restoration and site clean-up
