Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
TIMELINE: Request for Quote is underway for a Consultant to provide detailed design package including specifications and drawings along with class A cost estimates in a tabular format for the contractors to perform the necessary work to address issues listed in the IST report, making the next IST test a pass. Design specifications and drawings will be based on option 2 of the approved BC2s. Refer to the deficiency reports from the 2023 24 IST testing. Consultant to hire any needed vendors, coordinate with AHJ or integrated vendors such as fire alarm vendors, mechanical HVAC, elevator, etc., during the design phase. A site visit is essential at the beginning of the design phase to get acquainted with the project parameters.
