Metrolinx is accepting submissions for the provision of Signals Engineering Design Services for Union Station Rail Corridor on an emergent basis over a three-year period with an option to extend for two additional one-year terms. Work may include provision of preliminary design, detailed design, preparation of tender documents, Engineer of Record (EOR), and management of services for work to be completed on an as-required basis pertaining to Metrolinx ESD Signals and Communications. Only proponents who possess the required experience and qualifications will be considered for award. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion. Electronic bid submissions are to be made using Metrolinx MERX EBS in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
