Site work for a mixed-use development in Saginaw, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; and water / sewer project.

The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Demolition, Excavation, Civil and Landscape construction. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. Site work includes erosion control, temporary facilities, excavation, rough and finish grading, new columbarium structures with associated exterior signage and concrete plaza walks, bronze service seals and markers. Utilities include storm drainage and drain tile. Landscaping includes sodding, tree and perennial plantings, and irrigation installation. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 before submitting a response. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since May 1, 2016 for General Contracting that involved similar Project Scope for commercial masonry construction. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $400,000.00 or greater. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least 5 years of experience with commercial masonry construction similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $400,000.00 or greater. This Project has a 3% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG ED VO) subcontracting goal. The TG ED VO subcontracting goal will not be a consideration in determining the lowest responsible Prime Contractor.
