Remove and replace sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, curb, and concrete pavement in various locations around the city, in addition to new construction of sidewalks and pedestrian ramps. All work will be done as specified herein in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, 1901 E 66th Street, Richfield, Minnesota, 55423. All bids shall be made on the proposal forms of the City and shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the City of Richfield for five percent of the amount of bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted, and the bidder shall fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond. Complete digital Proposal Forms, Plans, and Specifications for use by Contractors submitting a bid are available at www.questcdn.com. For this project, bids will ONLY be received electronically. Contractors submitting an electronic bid are charged an additional $20.00 at the time of download for the online electronic bid submission via the online electronic bid service QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through Quest CDN for bids to be accepted. Bids shall be completed according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by the City of Richfield Public Works dated May 2026. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wages. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City Council of Richfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
