The purpose of this project is to make electrical repairs and replace existing fluorescent or incandescent lights with LEDs at the 200th Combat Weather Flight facility. The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor to install two new circuits, provide four new receptacles, repair one exterior flood light, and remove and replace ten 2'x4' light fixtures. There is also an option to remove and replace ten 2'x4' and eleven 2'x2' recessed troffer light fixtures, fourteen 1'x2' pendant light fixtures, five recessed can lights, and two wall-mounted pendant lights. All work must conform to industry standards, Unified Facilities Code (UFC), International Building Code (IBC), and NFPA-70 requirements. Any deviation from the manufacturer's installation requirements must be approved prior to performing work on-site. Bidders must submit a technical narrative, documentation of past performance and experience for comparable projects within the past three years (including project type, dollar value, contract number, location, proof of successful performance, and customer POC details), and a price schedule for all line items. Past Performance Questionnaires must be distributed to project references and received directly from those references by the solicitation closing date.
