Site Improvement Plans for Lincoln-Sudbury Regional School District as prepared by Allen & Major Associates, Inc. Refer to the list of contract drawings. C. Construction Document Specifications for Lincoln-sudbury Regional School District, prepared by Allen & Major Associates, Inc. dated May 26, 2026. D. The project site will be available starting July 8, 2026. Project shall be completed prior to August 28, 2026. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The work under this contract will be performed at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional School District, as identified on the Contract Drawings. B. The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment required for the satisfactory prosecution and completion of all demolition and construction work in the conformance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications for the project.
