Flynn Building Boiler Project. Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, permits, testing, startup, commissioning, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete, operational condensing hot water boiler systems including all required demolition. Installation of a primary-secondary piping system serving the existing fourteen ( 14) heating zones to ensure proper hydraulic separation and maintain minimum boiler flow requirements. 4. Furnishing and installation of all required boiler pumps and system pumps. 5. Replacement of system pumps with new variable frequency drive (VFD) controlled pumps. 6. Installation of new combustion air and flue venting systems. 7. Installation of new natural gas piping and associated accessories. 8. Installation of condensate neutralization equipment. 9. Installation of magnetic dirt separation equipment. 10. Electrical power and control wiring. 11. Factory control systems. 12. Boiler trim and safety devices. 13. Lead/lag sequencing controls. 14.
