Sealed bids are invited for Water and Sewer System Improvements. The scope includes installation and replacement of various water and sewer system components such as 6" PVC C900 DR-18 Water Main (2,797 L.F.), 8" PVC SDR 26 Sewer Main (133 L.F.), 4' Manholes (3), 2" and 6" Gate Valves & Box, Tee and Bend fittings, cut and plug operations, interconnections, tapping sleeves and valves, fire hydrants, removal and replacement of gravel driveways and asphalt pavement, resetting CMP, and removal of a pedestrian bridge. All construction work and materials must strictly adhere to the provided Contract Documents prepared by the engineer. The contract will be granted to the lowest responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to rectify minor clerical errors, refuse any or all bids, and reject bids with conditions. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. Bidders must submit a sworn statement affirming no collusion. Successful bidders are required to provide maintenance, payment, and statutory payment bonds amounting to 100% of the contract price, from a surety licensed in Oklahoma. Maintenance Bond ensures repair of damages for two years post-acceptance. Bidding documents are accessible and all notifications and addenda are issued through the designated bidding website.
