Site work for a water / sewer project in Park Ridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the Mary Jane Lane Drainage Improvements. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked in the lower left hand corner as specified. Specifications can be obtained from the City's website or by email upon request. This project requires prevailing wages. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid guarantee (bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check) of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. The right is also reserved to delay the bid opening or make changes to the specifications by addendum to all interested parties that have obtained bid documents. The City is not responsible for timely delivery of bids and not liable for any costs incurred in bid submission. Only inquiries received a minimum of seven (7) working days prior to the date set for the opening of bids will be given any consideration.
