Oakland Park Blvd. Sunrise, Florida 33351 Phone: (954) 572-2204 E-Mail: ALLPUR@sunrisefl.gov The Work consistsof, butnot limited to, the following:performanceof a subsurfaceutilityengineering (SUE) investigation and preparation of a final underground utility routing plan based on the design drawings and verified field conditions; procurement of all required permits from the City of Sunrise; clearing and preparation of conduit alignments; trenching, installation, backfilling, and full surface restoration for both paved and landscapedareas; installation andpullingof electrical conductorsand fiber optic cabling within the conduit system; installation of camera support poles and associated mountinghardware;completion of all electrical andfiber terminationsto camera devices; execution of building penetrations including proper sealing and restoration; installation and integration of servers andvideo recordingsystems; final termination,labeling,andtestingof all electrical andfiber systems; and full system commissioning. All work is to be constructed in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and the Bid documents. The basic elements of the video security systems shall include, but not be limited to remote surveillance pole and building wall mounted cameras, above ground and buried conduit, electrical and communication conductors and fiber, connection of the closed circuit television video (CCTV) feed to existing security guard houses at each of the two separate facilities. Each installation shall also include new servers to record the video feed from all of the surveillance cameras. The installation shall include but not be limited to: performing an existing underground utility investigation survey and preparation of a final buried utility routing plan based on the schematic routing on the design plans and the results of the existing underground utility investigation survey; Applying for and obtaining permits for the work from the City of Sunrise; surface clearing of the buried conduit route; earthwork trenching, backfill and surface restoration of paved and landscaped areas associated with the buried conduit installation; installation of conductors and fiber through the conduit; erecting poles for mounting cameras, mounting all wiring and fiber connections to cameras; building conduit penetrations, restoration and sealant; installation of server and video recording equipment and final wiring and fiber connections within the guard houses; commissioning of the complete video security systems, including a minimum six hour training session at each facility for City of Sunrise Utilities Department staff who will be operating the system, including operation, trouble shooting and maintenance of the system.
