Question Deadline 07/10/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via the Tighe & Bond. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. The work consists of upgrades to the Webster Wastewater Treatment Facility including aeration blower replacements, upgrades to the fine bubble diffuser system, installation of a nitrate removal system including pumps, piping and mixers, slide gates, aeration tank structural modifications and repairs, controls, electrical improvements, and HVAC improvements. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The work generally consists of aeration tank structural repairs, slide/stop/weir gate replacements, diffuser replacements, installation of new jockey blowers, instrumentation, HVAC upgrades, and electrical upgrades. Miscellaneous Metals, Electrical Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
