Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Webster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work consists of rehabilitation of the Narrows Pump Station including: selective demolition of the interior piping, pumping equipment, miscellaneous metals, and electrical utility service, distribution equipment, and ancillary devices in the station, installation of new 200A electric service, meter, main circuit breaker, automatic transfer switch (ATS), panelboard, lighting, receptacles, grounding system, sump pump, packaged duplex pumping system, pump control panel, and associated instruments, valves, piping and supports, pump station bypass structure, temporary sewer bypass system, access ladder, handrails, metal platform, and modifications to existing equipment and circuitry to remain at the pump station. Retention and reuse of the existing NPS building, foundation, and below grade structure. b. Removal of existing spiral staircase and handrails. c. Retention and reuse of the existing generators and its associated equipment, piping, and controls. d. Retention and reuse of ventilation equipment, electrical service entrance, and controls not directly associated with the ejector equipment including the panelboard, electrical meter, and main disconnect. e. Replacement of the ejector equipment including all associated piping, valves, level controls, and related equipment with the proposed Overwatch Direct In-Line Pump System. This includes replacement of suction, discharge, control panels, and interior piping. f. Installation of new platform steel, handrails, and ladder. g. Installation of a new pump station bypass structure. h. New electrical controls and connections associated with the new Direct In-Line pump system. The new panel will be located within the existing building. i. Modification of existing SCADA system by the Town's System Integrator, Woodard and Curran, to support the Narrows Pump Station equipment upgrades.
