Site work for a water / sewer project in Webster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bid shall include: Install up to five (5) fire hydrants at the following locations: o 400 Thompson Rd $ o 34 Racicot Ave $ o 15 Aldrich St $ o 49 Lake Parkway/Juniper Ave $ o 73 Bigelow Rd $ **price will be per location up to five (5) locations. The Water Department reserves the right to select one (1) or up to five (5) replacements depending on amount and current available budget.** ***Price is for installation only. Webster Water will supply the fire hydrants and supplies needed for the replacement.*** Scope of work will include the following: o An active drain layer license which can be obtained at 38 Hill Street o Trench/street opening permits obtained at the Highway Dept located at 23 Cudworth Rd o Any other permits deemed necessary o Excavation and removal of the old fire hydrant-Old hydrant can be dropped off at 38 Hill Street for disposal o Gravel, sand, loam, seed, pavement and or concrete sidewalk repair will be included in the price per location. Webster Water will only supply the replacement hydrant and appurtenances needed to connect the hydrant o Construction specifications can be obtained at 38 Hill Street o Please include prevailing wage and certified payroll if applicable Requests for information should be directed to Michelle Roy, Administrative Assistant: mroy@webster-ma.gov
