Phase 1A Exterior Cupola and Parapet Repairs - The work includes but is not limited to repairs to EPDM roof and parapet including through wall flashings, and wood repair and painting of the cupola. Sub Bid Category Painting; Roofing and Flashing The estimated cost of the work is $500,000. Substantial completion to be by June 15, 2021. All work shall be completed by June 15, 2021 *all the construction can occur between January 1, 2021 and June 15, 2021. 1. Carefully remove all cupola wood window sash from frame, label, package and deliver to a controlled environment shop specializing in wood window restoration. 2. All window sash shall be stripped of all paint to bare wood and restored and repainted. All existing glass shall be cleaned and reinstalled with new glazing. Cracked and damaged glass shall be replaced with new to match existing 3. All existing window molding shall be sealed with continuous silicone sealant between the molding and the wood window frame at the entire opening of all windows.
