Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services Hingham High School Accelerated Repair Program HVAC System Upgrades, Roof Replacement and Accessibility Improvements Project 17 Union Street, Hingham, MA 02043 . The Town of Hingham ("Town") invites qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide Construction Management at Risk (CM) services for the roofing replacement and HVAC upgrades to the Hingham High School in Hingham, MA The project scope includes replacement of the existing roofing system, installation of a new heat pump HVAC system and accessibility improvements, and all other associated modifications required to accomplish the primary scope of work. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Management at Risk services. The CM selection process is a two-phase process, with only prequalified CM firms allowed to submit proposals during the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase. All inquiries shall be in writing and submitted through electronically. There will not be a site walkthrough or pre-bid meeting for this phase. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Estimated Preconstruction/Construction Phase: Estimated 33 months ; Completion- summer of 2029 Conceptual Estimated Construction Cost: > $25 Million
