The project involves parking lot expansion for the Macomb Intermediate School District (MISD) at the MISD - ADMIN PARKING LOT. Bids must be on forms furnished by the School District, with plans and specifications available from Anderson, Eckstein and Westrick, Inc. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished in the Contract Documents and be accompanied by a bidder’s bond or a certified or cashier’s check payable to Macomb Intermediate School District for not less than five percent of the bid amount. A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder or any of its employees and any member of the MISD School Board, Administration, or Staff is also required. Bids received without a bidder’s bond, certified or cashier’s check, and a sworn and notarized statement of disclosure will be grounds for rejection. MISD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities therein and to accept the bid which best serves the MISD.
