Reference Number 0000433184 DESCRIPTION OF WORK The general description of work as defined in the corresponding bid documents is as follows: Water main replacement, which primarily includes new water main piping (horizontal directional drilling and open cut trench at connection locations), hydrant assemblies, gate valves and water service connections. Incidental removals and replacements of driveways, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, concrete ADA ramps, and road pavement (asphalt and concrete) are also part of this work. Detailed quantities for this project are provided in the Bid Form. This primary work shall be included together with related work as well as restoration. The project Bid Form will include all unit price bid items for this project Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Maintenance Bond. Question Deadline 08/17/2026 at 2:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda, mailed, delivered, sent via facsimile, or transmitted electronically, to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
