Description

Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Clinton Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Qualified firms are invited to submit proposals to Clintondale Community Schools (the "District") for Construction Management services for a proposed construction project involving a HVAC system, roofing, boilers, ventilators, and other school improvements and renovations at its five (5) school buildings. The scope of such projects shall be determined with greater specificity at a later date. Construction Management Services may include: (1) Design/Schematic Phase Services, (2) Construction Phase Services, (3) Post-Construction Phase Services, and (4) other potential components to be determined (collectively the Project). The successful firm is also expected to provide the District assistance in developing the full scope of the District's construction program and Project.
