WMA binder course 19.0 mm mix (50 gyrations): 1790 tons. 4. WMA wearing course 9.5 mm mix Level I (50 gyrations): 1074 tons. 5. Bituminous curb: 500 linear feet. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. Award is subject to final approval.
