Renovation of a museum in Rockford, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,600-square-foot, one-story above grade museum.

Provide all labor and materials necessary to remove existing carpet flooring and 4" vinyl base in the Discovery Center in the 1st floor Exhibit Area. 2. Install approximately 8,600 SQFT new ShawContract Simply By Nature carpet tile in Mirror Gray. It is strongly recommended bidders field measure the space. There will not be any additional dollars accepted for this project if additional carpet is needed. 3. Install approximately 300 SQFT of new Patchcraft Walk Forward in Trek 00590. 4. Install 875 FT of 4" Roppe Vinyl Wall Base 669 Battleship, according to manufacturer's recommendations. 5. Provide 5% attic stock for both carpet types and wall base. 6. Project shall also include all removal and disposal of existing carpet flooring. Contractor responsible for dumpster and removal costs, all preparation for new flooring.
